WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

(MONDAY, AUGUST 26, 7-10PM IN OAKLAND)

There is a you that exists beneath the walls, scars, confusion, conditioning, false internal narratives and beliefs, and seemingly endless grief. You have been trying to find this person. Maybe you have been searching for a very long time or maybe you are just realizing something is wrong, out of alignment. You know who you became to survive it. Now you seek to know who you were before you had to survive it.

The goal of this workshop is to re-connect you to your original essence and help you make contact with what is not broken in you. I know this journey is possible because I have taken it myself. Sexually assaulted at the age of 6, physically and emotionally abused throughout my childhood, a sufferer of sucidial depression for most of my life, I know intimately how crippling unhealed trauma can be. I have spent the last decade of my life trying to heal and believe I am finally on the other side. Now I want to share with you what has awakened inside of me.

This workshop is an opportunity to connect to our own internal healing resources. We will use writing exercises, guided meditation, and partner and group sharing to lead us in the direction of the transformation for which we have been searching.

ECHO BROWN BIO

Echo Brown is a seeker who has never given up on herself. She has studied a variety of healing modalities including yoga, various forms of meditation, shamanism, tantra, NLP, generative trance, and EMDR. She is also a storyteller and author and is currently based in Paris.
